My service ended with the owner calling me a F___ ing "N" word and me calling the police. But let's start from the beginning. I ordered a meal to go. They charged me before I received the order and included a 15% gratuity. I complained about the gratuity and asked for it to be removed (I consider a gratuity to be a show of my appreciation after receiving my food). I heard the waitress ask the owner whether he made the order really hot. I took it back to the hotel, but it was way too hot to eat. I returned it but the owner refused to refund me. When I opened it to show it was not eaten he grabbed it and it spilled all over me. He then called me expletive "N" and I called 911. I have noticed several other reviews; notably at yahoo, complaining about the food, service, and owner.
