The food at the Sultan is exquisite and the portions huge! We had an amazing experience all around. The chef, Cole, came out to our table to greet us and our server Patrick was without peer. We recommend the Sultan and will be eating there on a regular basis

The Sultan is definately a different taste than what South Texan's are used to, but that is not really a bad thing. The Sultan offers a tasty alternative to the regular "run of the mill" fried seafood shack. You do have to be carefull about what you order though. Make sure you have researched your Mediteranean food before you go and just point at the menu and say "I'll have that whatever it is".
The service is some what sparce, but in all, friendly.
