Went to Subway tonight, used the drive-thru and was yelled at by an employee who didn't understand how to work the drive thru speaker. I have overlooked the sometimes stale bread, overlooked the time I had to throw my sandwich away from old nasty soured onions, but I cannot and will not overlook being treated in a rude and unprofessional manner. This lady needs to step into the unemployment line.
