Opened in 1989 by the owners of Jeffrey's, another Austin dining treasure, the Shoreline Grill is known for its magnificent setting and standard of excellence. Nestled in the heart of downtown Austin on the banks of Lady Bird Lake, the Shoreline Grill enjoys one of the city's premiere settings. Our popular balcony is a perfect spot for alfresco dining.

Chef Scotty Szekretar blends tradition with innovation, adding just enough spice to please the palate. Our current menu is eclectic, healthy, sophisticated, with a commitment to sustainable seafood. Succulent seafood, prime rib and melt in your mouth crab cakes are just some trademarks of the Shoreline Grill. And for dessert...our pastry chef's specialties include Chocolate Intemperance with Vanilla Anglaise, Vanilla Bean Créme Brülée, and a selection of fresh fruit sorbets.

Our cozy bar provides a calming, comfortable atmosphere where patrons can unwind before their meal or spend an evening. Our full service bar makes the best martini in Austin, and has the finest Scotch in town. The Shoreline Grill has an extensive array of tequila, port, sherry, brandy & liqueurs. Or if you prefer, try one of our delicious margaritas.
