A slice of europe in the heart of Spokane, this place has an extraordinary versatility one can only witness throughout the span of a day. Mornings are full of leisure, lingering over organic, shade grown coffee prepared with a traditional Italian inspiration...breakfast is amazing with parma omelettes, crepes & apple jack pancakes. Later on in the morning you can stop by to grab a coffee to-go, and rarely-found house-made pastries, including shallot/sage bagels, scones, eclairs, macaroons, and the full gamut of tasty afternoon escapes. Lunches range of kobe-beef hamburgers, house-made ketchup & mustards, and many more mouth-watering sandwiches and lunch entrees. Did I mention they offer meats and cheeses to-go? any weight denomination, packaged up to take home is brilliant with their baguettes and condiments. Dinners are the ultimate luxury, ranging up to 7 courses. We have indulged in the chef's tasting menu a few times, and the staff is always incredibly knowledgeable about wine pairings. It's always fun to learn about what you are drinking and eating, and the servers never disappoint when it comes to describing each dish. To sum things up, there are so many reasons to love this place, in 3 words... I Love Santé!!!!!

Perfection. The chef at this highly rated restaurant has elevated Spokane to a new level. Combining flavor, presentation, and healthly alternatives to your typical menu - along with perfectly executed and polished service, and a warm, inviting atmosphere - makes this place a winner. My wife and I look forward to joining you again for your seven course chefs tasting, great wine, laughs, and wonderful food. Thank you!

Santé is truly the next best thing to happen in the culinary world of Spokane. This beautiful restaurant doesn't look over any details. Chef Jeremy Hansen is in my opinion the best chef in town with his perfect balance of flavors, textures and creativity. Along with his wife Kate, they have brought Spokane to the next level of dining! Kate's coffee is to die for! The combination of Kate & Jeremy is absolutely Beautiful & a blessing to Spokane!!! THANK YOU BOTH!!!

Great place! Right next to the most beloved bookstore in Spokane too:) They have many options; full sit-down breakfast, lunch 7 days a week, fine-dining on weekend nights, take-out charcuterie by the pound, gourmet coffee to-go, or just a place to bring books & get online at the bar. The food is exquisite and I love that it is always changing and evolving with what's freshest in the community. Great job Santé!
