Our waitress was INCREDIBLY snotty. I ordered pork larb and it's supposed to be spicy. It comes to me with a mountain of chili flakes on top instead of it being cooked in. (I can make it) That alone, ruined the food. It didn't come with rice, so I had to pay extra for that. It also didn't come with lettuce except for a greasy, soggy piece underneath the meat. (It is a SALAD. It is SUPPOSED to come with lettuce, other wise I would just be eating a plate of meat!) I asked the waitress for lettuce and she acted like it was the most outrageous, unusual demand ever. Her attitude was condescending and horrible. She comes back and tells me I need to pay THREE DOLLARS for lettuce. By this time, I'm so mad but I just wanted to eat my meal. My "extra veggies" were three tall, but slender pieces and some cucumbers.
They had NO soap in the bathroom, so I'm left wondering if the wait staff doesn't wash their hands after using the toilet.
Overall, this place used to be fantastic three years ago. But, I will never go again and I STRONGLY do not recommend this place unless you're going for an over priced, Thai-novelty feel.

one of my ultimate favorite madison restaurants has come to disappoint me lately. recently when getting takeout they packaged the wrong meal, we got home and called, and they offered to comp us with a side of sauce. then on a recent dine-in experience it took 20+ minutes to get our food, and additional 15+ minutes for the bill, even though we were 1 of 3 parties in the restaurant at the time. on top of that they are very skimpy with the rice, only giving you a VERY small bowl with each entree, and then they charge you more if you ask for more (without telling you). still some of the best tai food in madison, but the service is sending me elsewhere.
This is a consistently very fine Thai restaurant--varied and tasty menu, nice ambience--service can be a bit slow at times but always friendly and courteous. Best Thai food in Wisconsin...
The was the worst Thai food we have ever eaten. The spring rolls consisted mostly of lettuce and were drowning in their own sauce. The noodle dishes were horrible. The noodles and vegetables were overcooked, and the sauce was flavorless, something ak

Excellent Thai dining establishment. All their locations have an excellent menu with tasty and delicious thai food. Friendly service and atmosphere. Great for take out as well of course.
Wonderful Indonesian restaurant. Menu full of inviting and intriguing items. Modest yet tasteful ambience in a mini-mall setting. Excellent place for lunch! Enjoy this small jewel in Madison.

Oustanding Thai restaurant on west side. Extremely delicious food, well prepared, and varied menu. Relaxed ambience. Can also call ahead for takeout. A classy Madison establishment.
