Employee review: I have been a part of the Rusty' s work crew for over one year. We ( the staff) have many complaints about where the money we make goes. Servers tip out at the end of the night to the buss boy every night . Money has been discovered missing almost every day . Management is very rude to staff and hardly ever shows interest in every person. Asking questions to management about money issues has proven to be a very stressful thing for all workers. Foul language and up and down tempers make any time spent talking management uncomfortable. Almost every worker has reported money missing in the hands of management. That includes checks and/ or tip money. One worker was locked inside the restraunt after it closed . Instead of being treated kindly for the horrible mistake of being forgotten ,he spoke of being cursed at and never apologized to once. He had to wait one hour before being released!!!.....If times weren't so hard, staff may have found work at an honest restraunt by now, but instead are forced to take what is available to us . Which is always less than what we deserve .....
