Welcome to Rocky Top Beer-BBQ! We specialize in hickory and apple wood smoked barbecue. Our barbecue is slow smoked for up to 12 hours in our Ole Hickory Pit. In fact, we think our meats are so good, you may forget to try our sauces.

Rocky Top offers fabulous hickory smoked St. Louis style BBQ Ribs, smoked Chicken, Pork Chops and Prime Rib. Yes the Prime Rib is smoked and cut to your preference whether you like it rare or well done! The Prime Rib is to die for and you can get it every Friday and Saturday evenings until they're gone (and they always are).
