Lubbock Restaurant Guide

We ate at dinner time-hardly anyone else in the place. Catfish was mediocre and kind of expensive! The worst part was the atmosphere and it smelled bad-it just was not clean. Maybe we caught them on a bad night, but we will never be back.

Their chicken breast gave my mom and some others salmonilla! The food was very cold and they messed up our order TWICE.

We visited the new location on University. It was on a Wednesday, at 5:15pm. They were not very busy. The food came, the fish came, just warm, we ate it anyway beccause I had to be back to work. As we were finishing our meal, an employee came around and asked how the meal was, we told him. Reply was, let me get a manager, we went to the bar area to meet a manager. The perdon in charge, appeared to be too busy talking into their little "headsets" and nodded to a female to help us, when told of the problem, the reply was,"we cook fresh evey 5 minutes" repeatedly, no apology.
We are from East Texas and know catfish, sorry. We left with the manager still talking into space.

Excellent food. Always cooked the same, consistently good quality and value. Friendly staff and customer friendly. Great casual dining.
go early or late, the rush hour can be hectic, although they're up to the task, don't let that stop you. We've eaten there for years, never disappointed.
