Restaurant Description

Ristorante Fabio is the latest in the legacy of Edmondo's restaurants in New York. Edmondo and his wife Tina began their venture in the early 70's when they opened up Edmondo's Seafood Restaurant in Throggs Neck N.Y. He then moved on to Edmondo's Italian Seafood Restaurant in Eastchester. In 1980, he opened Signor Edmondo's on the East side of Manhattan. By the mid 1980's Edmondo, Tina and his children- Isabella Mirella, Viviana, and Fabio- opened up Edmondo's Restaurant on Gun Hill Road, in the Bronx. In 1986, he decided to add a second restaurant, named Edmondo's Too. Mirella stayed and managed the Bronx location, while Viviana headed north to White Plains. In the summer of 1993, Edmondo and his wife decided to move to Florida; they sold their restaurants and headed south. By the end of 1993, Ristorante Fabio was established.

Since their first restaurant to the present, the Ciminati's have strived to deliver the best quality meals and present the authentic cuisine from northern Italy to you here in America.

To our loyal customers we say "mille grazie!" and to our new customers we say "benvenuto!" and we look forward to you becoming apart of the la famiglia!
