This place is amazing. If you want great Greek food at wonderful prices go to Mediterranean Palace in Freighthouse Square. The owner is the sweetest guy and really knows how to take care of his customers. If you go there you HAVE to have the fries with the homemade sauce. Tell 'em Anissa sent ya.

Went to the Southern Kitchen for breakfast on a Sunday Morning. Food was served in good time, the problem was that the food was not very hot. It kind of turns you off when it isn't hot. Haven't been back since.

Since this was on "Drive-in, Diners and Dives", we were looking forward to the experience. We were overwhelmed by the grease smell when we got there, but it was a small place, so ok. The waitress was not overly friendly. We were with another couple, and we both had a coupon from our Entertainment ...
The food was delicious. Great service and very clean.
Sakura's its wonderful place that me and my mother have been going to when ever we can. the food is delicious, the show is spectactlar and the cooks are suckers for a cute face. i was expecting a Valcano (flaming an onion) but the cook forgot to do it. i made a comment about it to my mother and the...
this is my favorite place to dine in a so called up scale restuarant. we get coupons for birthday and anniversary meals and so this is when we go! staff is always friendly and if you dont like something they will make it better... and yes they do give you a dessert for your birthday and anniversary!
Great friendly neighborhood pub. Lots of tv's and the you won't be disappointed with the food. Check out Power Hour for some cheap drinks!
My husband and I have been going to Sakura's for the past 10 years+. We find that satff to be very friendly, they refer to us by name as we walk in and even remember my typical drink order :). The food is quite wonderful and extremely reasonably priced.

Best restaurant in Tacoma, located next to PLU, in a converted house. The Italian food is outstanding and the service is always excellent. The dining room is cramp and can be a little loud but still has enough two top tables to have a romantic dinner. Wine list is decent and reasonable. Overall a gr...

This place has really good Pho! My wife and I eat here every weekend.
I've visited this place a few times with different groups of friends. They've all loved it and have wanted to go back again. Delicious food, great ambiance, great little restaurant/bar. A definite must on your palces to dine.

I have given this restaurant 4 stars in most catagories, but that doesn't really tell the story. Great food. Great service and staff. Great atmosphere. A GREAT PLACE!!! I only gave it 4 stars because this place stand alone and no rating system can do it justice. Be prepared for southern everyt...
My husband and I have been going to Sakura for many years. However, we took a break from Sakura for a couple of years due to a move. We had the opportunity to dine there again just the other night. This was not the pleasent Sakura we use to enjoy. The staff isn't as friendly. The cook didn't pu...

What this place lacks in ambiance it makes up for in 100% great sushi by (in my opinion) Tacoma's best sushi chef, Koji (formerly of Kabuki). My boyfriend and I hunted him down after hearing that he left Kabuki; we were rewarded by a meal of AMAZING spicy tuna handrolls, generous amounts of unagi in...
With great expectations and an empty stomach, my wife and I decided to try Woody's. I was unpleasantly surprised by the blandness of the food, contrasted by the beauty of the Glass Museum. I started with the Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail, a staple of any seafood restaurant. The Shrimp was of average size...
We have been going to Sakura for 23 years and still go for Birthdays and other special occasions. It may not be a nice fancy restaurant but it makes up for it in quality and quantity of food and we have never had an issue with the customer service! We will keep going back as long as it is still the...
