When the restaurant first opened years ago the food was excellent and you received your monies worth. Today you get very little for your buck not to mention the prices are over the top. I currently live down the street from this restaurant, but I will travel to another part of the city when I am in ...

OMG just thinking about their ribs & roasted chicken makes me hungry! I stop here on my way home from work, and I absolutely love their smoked meats and sauces. Always order extra so I have some leftovers & I have eaten it for breakfast lunch and dinner many times!
One on the worst dining experiences I ever had in my life. My wife and I went on a slow Wednesday night 10 June 2009. The server gave us corn bread that tasted like it was at least a day old when we asked her to replace it with some fresh corn bread she replied "that they are making some fresh corn...
The voodoo shrimp was tasteless... the salad was gritty... the greens, macaroni and chesse were horrible. I chose take-out, so I wasn't aware until I got home that they did not include any barbeque sauce for my ribs, which most definitely needed sauce. The salad dressing was good.
Food was authentic bbq - not the "smoke-in-a-bottle" stuff you get at similar rib joints. The menu was awesome with moderately priced entrees of smoked items like ribs, brisket, chicken, etc., and lots of other items that I can't wait to try such as seafood, pasta and a huge assortment of appetizer...

Amazingly tasty food but the ambience of the restaurant is not what i was looking for. You get food over the counter when its ready after placing the order. There are no people to serve you the food so everything has to be done by oneself.

I had a great time on valentine's day there, the host was excellent, the waitress was on time, the food was good, but the special they had for valentine's day was great, $30 for two, and it was well worth it, only thing I did not like is the Chef came over to my table and ask how was the dinner and ...

This place acts as if you are going to be a one time customer. Almost as if they think the majority of the people entering are tourists. The food was dry, bread was stale, etc. It is amazing this company continues to survive

Food was great! Portions too small. Kind and courteous staff. Overall an enjoyable experience.

I've wanted to try this restaurant for years. Finally did and found the food to be quite good, at about the price I would expect to pay for this quality (entrees about $20 each). I had a chicken/potatoe/leek soup (creamy and flavorful), Maryland crabcakes (light, not gooey), and coconut sorbet f...

We went here with a large business party. All food was served at the same time, all hot and everyone thought the seafood was amongst the best they have had. Generous portions. Nice presentation. Pleasant and somewhat stylized environment.
THE SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE. THERE IS AN EXTREME LANGUAGE BARRIER. THE SERVER WITH THE GOLD SHORT HAIR CUT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED FOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I JUST NEEDED TO GET THE PRICE FOR A SMALL SIDE AND SHE TOLD ME THAT YOU COULD NOT GET A SMALL SIDE OF RICE . THE CUSTOMER SHOULD BE ABLE TO CHOOSE ...
Honestly you haven't had salmon until you've had Ron's grilled salmon (be sure to ask for garnish if ur into spicy!!) Everything is pretty good (esp. the oxtail and curried shrimp) Service....tsk tsk, like sum1 else said the girl with the short (usually dyed gold hair) is abrasive, abrupt and someti...
Ron's has authentic Caribbean cuisine. I am always satisfied with my food. The long is usually long especially at lunch time, but the meal is always worth the wait. The staff is prettly nice, well at least the men are- the women tend to have the tipical Jamiacan women attitude if you know what I mea...
The food in the cafe speaks for it self. the oxtail and stew beef in particular is the best.

I've been there twice; I never had dinner, just drinks. It's a great place to go to just sit at the bar and have great conversation.
POOR management. As an upcoming and new restaurant owned and operated in the beautiful Germantown, Pa.,section of Philadelphia.. this establishment SHOULD be better. Yes! the ambiance and decor is beautiful, but the lack of customer service and accomodation is horrible !!!!! I havnt dined there YE...
