Under new ownership since May, 2006, this restaurant has come leaps and bounds, adding a lot of diversity not only in menu, but in entertainment. My wife and I eat at Gartska's every time we visit Dayton. Every time we order something different because there menu is so diverse. We've never had a bad experience with the food or the service. Best Restaraunt in the Dayton area. The head Chef, Tony Coletta is fantastic.
