Have been going here for a very long time. Even take out service is great. Have not had one bad experience with the restaurant, food or staff. They have always been very courteous and friendly. Sorry for those who had a bad experience. In any place, adults are not allowed to purchase from Kids ...
I just want to say that my wife and I were at Buffalo's Cafe on Friday night September 14th,2007 and we had a Great time. They had live music that was AWSOME. The bar tenders Candace and Summer made our night. They never let our drink go with out being refilled on time and they could tell us about ...
Try Buffalo's for breakfast on Saturday or Sunday. The service was great and I have never seen a slice of country ham that big!
Don't bother going at lunch time. I had to stand with my tray in my hand (and my drink cup and my purse and my reading material)until a table was clear. The management offered me a seat outside (in 98 degree heat). The food is ok, but definately nothing special.
This is a fabulous place for breakfast or lunch.Convenient, friendly, food is always dependable and tasty- staff is very accomodating to guests. Salads are by far the best in town and the variety of breakfast items is mind-boggling. Very relaxed atmosphere.

The service was a little slow (although it was a holiday), but the excellent food more than made up for it!
Nine of us from work went out for seafood today to celebrate Boss's Day. The waitress took our order about 10 minutes after we arrived. FORTY FIVE MINUTES later we had not received our food and the waitress had only been by our table once to tell us the broiled food took a little longer to cook. ...
Well, to start the service was terrible. My wife got the crab cake sandwich, and the crab cakes tasted like a crab may have walked by them at some point, but that was about it. I got the flounder sandwich, which was a bit bland, but the flounder was tasty. They couldn't find a kids menu - despite ha...
Captain Stanley's had become our favorite seafood restaurant for almost 15 years. I lost my friend 4 wks. ago today and I feel completely lost right now. I miss him so, and the times we spent together especially almost every Saturday at Captain Stanley's were the best. We became such close friends w...
If you want the absolute best seafood you need to try Captain Stanley's. I've been dining there for many years and since my first experience there, it has been my favorite restaurant. The slaw, baked potatoes and iced tea are delicious. But most important, the seafood is always fresh and cooked p...
Cindy should be voted waitress of the year. Her careing ways and wounderful smile make our dinning experience fun and enjoyable.
I have been a patron of Captain Stanley's for several years now and can testify that the authenticity of calabash style seafood lives on here! Generally both the service and cuisine are excellent although, like any restaurant, there are busy times when patience is required; it's worth the wait if th...

Awful place, Poor Service, bad food and terrible atmosphere. Went there last night; the place doesn't have proper ventilation, so all the smoke and smell from the kitchen gets into the dining area and lingers there making it a very smelly event. The service is horrible, the waiter messed up my wif...

I will first say I am from NY the Bronx to be exact where there is a Dominican restaurant in every neighborhood. The Carribean Cafe could not hold a candle to them. I ordered takeout. My order was for Pernil (roast pork), platanos maduros (sweet plaintains & arros con gandules). The plaintains were...

Old pork has a very distinct repugnant flavor- you can certainly find it at this place. Stopped in for the especiales diarios (lunch specials) and orderd the Masita de cerdo frita (fried pork chunks)- Bad choice! Pork was old, tasted horrible, no Latin flavor or seasonongs and worst of all, it wasn'...

I came to this restaurant with my girlfriend. I am Dominican and she is Canadian. I was looking for a place just like this to hopefully show her how good dominican food is since i'm not the best chef. I have to say the food tasted like my mothers cooking it was very good. We even danced to a few so...

I am a Dominican mother from NJ and I have to say that having this little restaurant close to my new apartment is a blessing. When I am too tired to cook I go with my family here. I just hope that they don't start liking this food better than mines. The place is not fancy but they have background mu...

A great locally owned restaraunt with some great deals! You can get a family portion on Mondays for what a normal dish costs every other day, and 1/2 price bottles of wine on Wednesdays..
