After trying a few other spots in Hattiesburg for brunch, it is clear 206 Front is by far the best. I've had brunch there about a half dozen times and have never been disappointed. Something I can't say for a few of the other Hattiesburg brunch staples.
206 Front is hip and upbeat. Pleasent staff and a very nice wine list. Some of our favorites include Sweet Potato Soup, venison tenderloin with cherry glaze and crab cake sandwich.
206 Front has beautiful decor, lovely art deco, etc. Food was sub-par at best (marinated shrimp and polenta arrived burnt beyond recognition); service was the WORST I have ever experienced in a higher-end, expensive restaurant.
