DO NOT EVER GO HERE! These one star entries are only given because it doesn't go any lower. First of all, there is a coat room in the foyer, and the host (who turns out to be the manager) did not offer to take my coat. Caesar salads had too much dressing, brown lettuce and store bought, everyday cro...
We went with my daughter and husband and 7 yr Grandson, did not like the experience, if you want your cholesterol fill for the yr, then this is the place. It was noisy, dirty and the seats totally uncomfortable (I am in 50+ group, maybe that explains my feelings) This is for the "Young" crowd defi...
Don't go to Frank's if you have special needs. I have a gluten allergy and received the worst treatment I have ever received since my diagnosis. We were actually thrown out of Frank's (Maynard Street) for supposedly not telling the server I was allergic to the gluten in the bread they placed on ...
Never heard of ahmos, but that day i decided to go when passing it. I defintley don't regret going to ahmos. It was an experince beyound great and amazing. The food tasted very well and seasoned just perfect. If you ever go to ahmos make sure that you try thier Ahmos Gyro, that's what i tried. It's ...
Best burger in the country - bar none! I get the triple on a kaiser with grilled mushrooms, fried egg, and feta cheese. It is the best hamburger I have ever had anywhere in the country. I am not exaggerating. Go try for yourself!
This was the worst service we've ever had! When we walked in we did not see a sign that said you couldn't sit until you walked through the line. Our son is 1 & I picked the only seat with a booth so he didn't fall. The lady waited until my husband paid then yelled at me from register that I couldn't si...
I had a quad hamburger with grilled onions on a Kaiser roll. It was just OK, nothing exceptional. However, the onion rings were second only to Red Coat Tavern, in Royal Oak. Blimpie's had a very thin coating of breading, and you could actually taste the onion, even though they were not sliced real t...
worst service ever. the good food never got refilled.. never go there.
Very ho hum for Mexican food. Having come from California I can only say that Tio's in no way is great Mexican food. There is little flavor, no cumin or hint of spice, none of the traditional flavors. Edible but very bland. Their redeeming value is their deep-fried cheesecake. It might not be tradit...

I thought all Japanese restaurants were fancy, expensive, and intimidating until I went to Makkara. It's affordable and simple, with great food and very kind service. My family goes there when we don't feel like cooking during the week, or when we want to go out on the weekends with friends to an af...
Worst experience ever in my life. The waitress didn't give us any dining set, then we asked for chopsticks, later on my wife requested some napkins, the waitress opened her mouth in a condescending tone "if you need anything you should tell me one time". Then I thought about the whole thing, I could...
very nice..the sushi is big compared to other places LOVED IT!!
This is the most amazing burger place in the world. I recommend trying EVERY BURGER EVERY WAY POSSIBLE, especially the fried mushrooms.
Izzy's is great. I love going there. The food is ok, but good value for the money. The comments here are way out of line though. The cheesesteaks come on bread that can only be described as Wonderbread rolls. In fact, there are no good cheesesteaks in the middle of the country that I have found....
Simply delicious. Refried beans are a (sometimes overlooked) staple in many TexMex dishes, and Tios' beans cannot be beat. Forget the flavorless mush that passes for beans at most TexMex restaurants; Tios' beans have the perfect blend of spices and take many of Tios' dishes from great to outstandi...

This is not an inexpensive venture into a culinary experience, however it is a great value and I can highly recommend it. The food was fabulous, staff prompt and attentive and the ambience is what you hope for when enjoying friends or family over a meal.
WOW THIS PLACE NEVER SEEMS TO DISAPPOINT ME IN ANYWAY. STRICKLY OLD ANN ARBOR TYPE LIKE IT SHOULD BE. ENJOYABLE TIME FOR EACH VISIT. MAKES IT WORTH FINDING WHERE THEY ARE LOCATED FOR LUNCH AND DINNER, OR SPECIL GET TOGETHERS
Although the food was great, I had a couple negative experiences. First they said our wait would be 20-30 minutes and it was longer. Secondly, the waiter we had was not very friendly and I felt kinda of duped by him when ordering side dishes and not being told that salad cost extra. It kind of sou...

This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had! First, the drinks we ordered were horrible and tasked like cough syrup--even though they remixed them they were still horrible. Then, they were out of the first 4 meals we tried ordering. We tried to use a gift certificate off of rest...
