The food was not authentic mexican food! BLAND BLAND BLAND! PROCESSED TORTILLAS not even warmed before cooking! The atmosphere was nice. Hard to get parking.....I had a party of 5.....none of whom liked the food!
Excellent restaurant. Passing through on our way back to Wichita and stopped here. Very nice atmosphere, food was wonderful. This is one of those place you drive from out of town just to eat here..
best mexican retaurant i know of anywhere, the owner is there and not above helping clean tables if necessary, excellent food and help and excellent portions and prices. forget the rest, nieves is the place for mexican food.
Very reasonably priced food. Better prices than most places. a family of 4 can eat for less than $30. Great service. Yes, they do hire high school and college girls, great that they are willing to give these girls a job. The food is Americanized, but there are alot of places like that. If you don't ...

We love El Maguey! In fact, I wish they sold stock options, we go there so much! The food is delicious, and authentic Mexican. The service is sooooo quick! They've really got it down to an art! I like the chicken nachos, and the chicken quesidilla. My children and husband like the Burrito Jalisco...
This is my favorite Mexican food restaurant! Everything about this place is wonderful. I live in Colorado now,but whenever I visit Kansas I stop here with my family. I have even have had dreams about their salsa because it is SO good!
Typical "orange sauce" and gooey cheese Mexican food. Have to shower after eating hear unless you want to walk around reeking of grease. Service is local high-school cuteys who look great but aren't skilled at waiting tables.
We come up from Oklahoma we like it so much. Love bringing family and friends. Great food, reasonable prices. One of our favorite places to eat Mexican.
My favorite place to eat. Good kids menu.

The Ridge has improved so much over the last year. The service is excellent! I greatly appreciate all the accomodations offered for my private party in one of your banquet rooms. While the economic situation has forced many resaurants to increase their prices, you all continue to offer great steak...
the food is very, very Americanized, not the authentic Mexian taste. Depending on who makes the margeritas they can be awesome.
Best food you will ever have. Gotta Try the fried chicken encho. The nieves' cheese is the best with chips or just cover anything you want with it.

i think the ridge is amazing. they have sexy cooks and smokin hot waitress's. the food couldn't be any better. Justin Wilson is one of the best cooks in the place. He always has a smile and treats people with kindness. overall i like the ridge and i will continue eating there
Very average food, not great service. Attractive restaurant, though.

This is a truly authentic, family-run Mexican restaurant. Excellent service, wonderful food, and extremely reasonable prices. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Great food, price, quantity and service but too smokey. Father-in-law lives in Winfield and loves to go here; waitress knows all of us even if months go by between eating here. Has been in "remodel" stage for past 2 years and chairs/boothes and restrooms in great disrepair.
The food is very good. I always enjoy my experience there, although from time to time the it gets a little loud and I wish there was more waiting room. But, overall, it's a nice family atmosphere and the food is well worth the price.

ever since you changed the menu's the food has been terrible and the prices have sky rocketed. and the portions are drastically smaller but yet you hiked up the prices. and the good things that used to be on the menu are not anymore. i told my husband i don't want to go to the ridge anymore and he a...
The food is incredibly bland, and is over-priced for what you get.
