(04/27/2009)“Being new to the neighborhood, and reading the positive post on 168, we thought we'd give it a try. We ordered three dishes for delivery. Everything was bland, glutinous and cold. Worst of all, we found hair inside a container. Just say NO to 168 Chinese Restaurant.”
