I've lived in the Tampa Bay area for over 35 years but I grew up on Long Island in a huge Italian family. I haven't had Italian food this good since the last time I was in New York. My fried calamari appetizer was excellent with a wonderful marinara sauce. Chef Vito Stancanelli's shrimp scampi is, simply put, the best I've ever had, anywhere. It was served over a bed of Angel Hair pasta, which was perfectly al dente. My wife had the chicken parmigiana, which was tender & juicy with a great marinara sauce (and I'm very, very picky) and the perfect amount of melted mozzarella. You've got to have Chef Vito's signature Creamy Garlic dressing on your salad - you'll use any leftovers as a dipping sauce for your bread, I guarantee it. As...
