We love going to Mortensen's. The service is friendly and quick. The food is always hot and delicious. The ice cream treats are the best part of the meal. And the value fits in the budget.

An excellent family restuarant with fresh, tasty comfort food, great home-made ice cream and a place that's not a chain. It's a family business that's been there for decades and is still in the same family. Definitely worth a trip.
The Pizza is out of this world.. This pizza is great tasting they know how to make real pizza!!!
Not a bad place, just not so good for breakfast. There are no omlettes on the menu. Ordered eggs sunny side up and got hard cooked. The people are friendly. Will try the grinders sometime maybe.
Ate outside with friends JULY 19 th 2008.service was slow and apologetic.Food was okay,but most of us didn't get what we ordered.NEEDS HELP IN SERVICE and maybe in kitchen too.don't waste your cash on this place.Singer outside was the only good part of evening.
Very disappointed! I got parts of my order over about 20 minutes with the hot coffee coming first. We ordered two Big and Toasty sandwiches that were awful. They were cold and the bread was hard.

Food is good.
Service is unbelievably bad and management turns a deaf ear to your concerns.
I urge you to stay away but especially the outdoor dining.
Employees take their smoke break right next to you while you are trying to eat.
Don't waste your dining dollar here!
