Balcony Bistro just received a new fantasic chef from Los Gatos. Chef Jack as they refer to him is a fresh seasoned chef. A lighter flair to California Cusine, it's just that good. I will recommend this Bistro to all our family and friends! the Lamb and PorK rack are wonderful..
