We eat here a lot and always enjoy the food. However, I decided to try the chicken alfredo and I didn't even want to eat it. The sauce and chicken both came out of a can, I am sure. But I would come back for the lasagna.
Maria Bonita is a very good restaurant. The food is delicious and authentic. I especially like their Sunday brunch.
I've stopped by bruce's truck stop for a long time the service good wished they would have larger truck wash you couldn't move around parking lot haven't been there since 2006. hope Bruce don't change to a pilot would be bad for drivers don't have enough old real truck stops like bruce's truck stop...

Best Mexican food we've had in Bakersfield. The staff is great, the food is delicious - especially the Club Quesadillas! Yummmy! And you can definitely taste the tequila in the margaritas. That's a plus! The ambience is not formal, so it's a great family place. There is plenty of space to spread out...

I have been going to Rice Bowl for 22 years or so, and the service is always great.The waitress's are always so nice, they usually put your food in take out boxes for you, so sweet! The best (family affordable) Italian food in all of Bakersfield. I love the parmaesan chicken and authentic pizza or CALZONE. Very busy on the weekends and worth the wait.

looks and feels like a biker hangout. i love the old bar back and vibe of 19th century bako, but that was destroyed by the patronage. The mananger should have a sitdown with the owner and decide who's welcome and who's not.
not good. i expected a lot more than i recieved; from the outside it looked pretty good, but that was deceiving. The owner was a jerk, not professional.
