I have been to over a hundred Chinese restaurants, Hong Kong Garden is number one. They also use fresh ingredients very important in Chinese cooking, this is a must try restaurant, and yes Steve and Sue are wonderful hosts. A must have is their hot and sour soup, however I'm certain you will find the entire menu very satisfying. J.G.
