 When I first walked into Corona Village Andale, I was interested to see how or if things had changed since I was last in there six months ago. To my surprise the take-out restaurant still had the cozy feel of a great Mexican diner. My father and I step up to the counter where we were immediately greeted and had our orders taken. We had the choice of dinning in or getting it to go. We choose to get it to go. Within about seven minutes our entire meal was ready for us. It wasn’t only our meal that was prepared fast, those dinning in, also had their meals delivered to them within minutes. One server was even helping a Jr. High student with his Spanish homework!
