Koibito Japanese Restaurant
Staff are very friendly and nice. They treat their customer like their family. Food are great. Sushi especially is very nice with thickness of the fresh fish with great touch with Wabash. It melts in your mouth. I have eaten several different places in Olympia but for sushi, this is the place to go if your are sushi fanatic like me.

I was very disappointed with this restaurant. The fabric covered chairs are badly stained. The food was mediocre. The fish filets in the fish and chips looked like they were straight out of a box from the freezer...
This is not a restaurant. It sells smoked salmon, tuna and oysters produced on-site. Very good salmon and other seafoods made fresh everyday.
Your pizza is very delicious and fairly cheap in cost. The best in Olympia.
I thought the food, was good but the lady servers were snooting and stuck up. I think you guys need some sweeter girls in there that will treat your customers right.
