I had dinner yesterday at Compari's with my husband and son. We had not been in almost a year due to the fact that we relocated to Mckinney last year. Yes the ownership has changed but Compari's is still great! They still have a kids menu which is good because my son is 8. I will say the food had a bit more flavor then when I ate there a year ago. I was told by the waiter that the new owners took over almost a year ago and have many years experience in the resturant buisness. He also said they strive to use the best products and said he was pleased with the new ownership. Regardless I missed Compari's and plan on dining there again and not waiting a year this time! Still my favorite Italian place in Plano.
