The food is great! I've been eating at Chi's for years and never tire of their broad menu. Portions are very generous and the service is quick. It's a great value every time. The decor is a little on the "Plain Jane" side but the best Chinese food seems to come from places where the decor is not the primary focus. Try it, you'll keep coming back for more.
