SENT AN E-MAIL COMPLAINT TO OUTBACK STEAK HOUSE, ABOUT A CARRY-OUT MEAL I HAD GOTTEN THE NIGHT BEFORE.
RECEIVED A CALL FROM RICK THE NEXT DAY. HE REPLACED THE MEAL THAT WASN’T CORRECT AND WAS GOING TO CHECK TO MAKE SURE THE E-MAIL SERVICE WAS WORKING CORRECTLY.
THIS IS CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE, WE LACK THAT WITH A LOT OF BUSINESSES TODAY. RICK HAS TAKEN A SITUATION THAT COULD HAVE MADE HIS COMPANY LOOK BAD AND TURNED IT AROUND. I WILL BE GOING BACK TO OUTBACK, AND TELLING PEOPLE ABOUT THIS GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH A BUSINESS THAT OBVIOUSLY CARES ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.
