The largest Vietnamese restaurant in Boston, with a menu to match, Pho Pasteur is the perfect place to experience pho, the popular noodle soup, from which it takes its name. Goi tom thit is a refreshing salad of cabbage, shredded carrots, fresh mint, poached chicken and shrimp, tossed in rice wine vinegar and lime juice.
