Your review is rediculous... You obviously know nothing about food - or running a restaurant. You know nothing about what we do for the community, or what kind of mozzarella we use for that matter. Also, we have never claimed to be an "Italian" restaurant, so I don't know why you are using that in your "review". We are an American business that has been open for almost 6 years. If people didn't like us, we would be closed within the first year...along with the other 90% of restaurants...like perhaps the one you tried to open?
