I came to Fuji with a party of 7 people. Half the adults attending had been to it when they were kids and wanted to go back for the Hibachi. We made a reservation and were seated around the hot table.
Our server took our drink order then returned to take our food order. The menu has a good variety of sushi and hibachi dishes. For $22.50 I chose the filet mignon entree which came with soup, noodle, salad and shrimp.
The soup was brought out first. It was really good. Miso style with fried onions. Then the salad came with a light ginger dressing. We all loved it. Separately we had ordered a shrimp tempura appetizer. It was fantastic. Perhaps the best tempura I've ever had. There was a small gap in time after that until our che...
