 The food at Adentro Cojutepeque is traditional Salvadoran food. The pupusas are delicious, large and with enough filling. I particularly recommend the pupusas revueltas, filled with pork, beans and cheese. I highly recommend the pan con gallina, a type of torta filled with stewed chicken, fresh lettuce, tomato and cucumbers, and topped with the delicious curtido (pickled cabbage).
