MY MOM & DAD OWNED THE 7/11 STORE ON 87TH ST. IN DALY CITY. OUR FAVORITE RESTURANT WAS ESTRADA'S. THAT WAS BACK IN THE 70'S. THE CHILI RELLENOS WAS MY MOM'S FAV, BUT THE HOT SALADS WERE THE BEST THING I EVER ATE. I LIVE IN PALM SPRINGS NOW, & TRY TO MAKE HOT SALADS FOR MY FAMILY, BUT SOMEHOW CAN'T GET IT RIGHT. WOULD YOU TELL ME THE SECRET OF THE MEAT MIXTURE & HOW YOU DO IT????? MY MOM & DAD HAVE SINCE PASSED ON, BUT I KNOW HOW MUCH THEY LOVED ESTRADA'S.

“Pleasant surroundings but the food was just okay. The macaroni and cheese that comes with almost every order is gluey and bland. We went several times to give it a chance but haven't been back for years.”
