We have eaten at Eest 3 times now. This place has been great every time. The service is excellent, atmosphere is very nice, and the food is just wonderful. They serve the best hot & sour soup in the valley. I have to travel 35 miles to dine here, and I'll continue. Much better than your average Chinese restaurant, and the prices are reasonable too!
