I am a Stockton native that currently lives in New York City. I can honestly say that Dynasty has my favorite dim sum in the states. I have been throughout California and the East Coast for dishes and prefer Dynasty. The owner is warm and friendly, and the carts are full of delicious dishes. I may be biased since I grew up eating their dim sum, but this place is a Stockton gem.
