Caesars Ristorante Italiano is now Caesars Bistro and under the management of Caesar's son, Vitto, who has been the Executive Chef. As difficult as it is to improve on perfection...Vitto has done it. Being voted "Best Italian Food in Nashville" by the Nashville Scene is all fine and good but I can make my own judgment thank you and that is that Caesars is the best Italian food anywhere on the face of the Earth. Couple that with the warmth, love and generosity of the Randazzo family as well as the pittance you pay and they may very well be the best restaurant in existence. I would eat there every day if I weren't afraid of putting on an extra 100 pounds.
