Absolutley superior menu, particularly the Chef's trout, with a side of white sauce pasta, rice and a salad. This was so good I had to call back, actually spoke with James DeVito, come to find out this is their signature dish, partly because the family owns a trout farm not far from there, and this is where it comes from. They've had this restaurant for over 20 years. Every time my wife and I go to Eureka Springs for a anniversary getaway (about four times to Eureka Springs in our 24 years of marriage) we always go to this place. A bottle of Chardonnay works pretty well with the trout too.
