When my husband and I arrived early(4:34 pm) this past Saturday(1/9/10) the restaurant already had a long waiting list so we decided to sit in the bar. Our server Diana S. was extremely busy as she was the only bartender for the entire restaurant as well as the food server/bus person for the bar area. She was not only extremely efficient but mixed a great Cadillac Margarita as well. Even though she was under pressure she had a wonderful friendly inviting attitude. We dine at this Red Lobster (200 S. Decatur) about 4 times a year and this time the service, food and atmosphere was exceptional. Our hope is that Diana S. gets the recognition she deserves as I made a call today to talk to the general manager but was told that I could leave a message for her (Julie Ferrante)so I did and as back up I decided to post it on your review page as well. Diana S. is a great asset to your restaurant! we will definitely return and hope to have Diana S. as our server.
