Perhaps its cause I'm from New Orleans, but overall the place was average in my opinion. Pretty good Shrimp Po-Boy, horrible boiled Crawfish (hardley any seasoning in the boil, rather they throw it on the crawfish before serving), a fine Bread Pudding, and good spicey Fries...according to my Mississippian Wife. Most of their sauces are anything but authentic. Decent price for the Shrimp Po-Boy and good fried Gator Tail is all that keeps our attention. Ambience is ok...for any Cajun restaurant outside of Louisiana tryin for the atmosphere.

Maybe I'll open my own place an show 'em how its done right!

I have never been to Razzoo'z before and am trying to find the menu online, but can't find it on here anywhere, do you have one on here? If so where would I go to bring it up? I'd really would like to view the menu. Thinking of maybe going to eat there this Tuesday, but first would like to know what all you guys serve there.

Thanks,
Lucy

i went to the mequite location of razzoos and i have to say the experience was HORRIBLE! not only did the service suck but when i spoke with the manager he was rude and the worst supervisor ever. He seemed too young for the job and didnt know what he was doing, he was rude, and i will never come back to RAZZOOS at any location ever again. as i see it if you choose certain people to represent your restaurant then all the rest of them are probably the same!

The Razzoo's in Arlington was awesome!! The food was great and I see that the are bringing back some of the old menu choices. The wait staff is awesome. Even when the resturant was packed and should have been a mad house they had everything under control and remained organized. I love Razzoo's Arlington!!!

I can't believe you all changed the menu!!! We have been coming to this restuarant chain for years and always enjoyed the food. The last 2 times have been diappointing. The first time the service was horrible (coming from a alum of the restaurant business)! So-we gave a second chance--the menu change left us with really nothing that we wanted to eat. *They were nice enough to grill an item instead of fry it, but WE WANT THE OLD MENU BACK!! Unless this happens we will probably not be back. :(

To say the least I was highly dissappointed with the entire experience. Not only was the service horrible the waitress was to busy to wait on us. started to pour water on top of my daughters sprite had to wait for my ticket about 15 minutes
Then finally had to go to bar to pay it. Then the manager chased us out to car and accused us of not paying for the ticket. Needless to say we have been several times to different locations often but will never return to the Arlington location again. i have never in my life had such a bad experience at any restraunt. Incompetancy too wrapped up in their little chit chat to even give a customer a thought.

This place sucks beyond measure.Their new menu is the most insulting thing I've ever seen. The fact that they think that just because everything is priced under $10.00,it's supposed to be better. They are soooo wrong.I used to go to this resturaunt religiously and on any other day I might give them a great review, but never again.I know several other people that feel the same way.If any one from the resturaunt reads this BRING BACK THE OLD MENU!!!!!!!!

Why did you change the menu? My husband and I were shocked to see our favorites gone and standard of food wasn't as good as in the past. No great seasoning on thr fried anymore. No zydeco pasta. Sorry wont go back. very disappointed. Were told your cutting costs

The seafood fondue is wonderful. It is no longer on the menu. That was the main reason we went there. But everytime we have been back, they made it for anyway--HAPPILY. The servers (always different ones) have always been great great about special requests. For example: We LOVE the rat toes (stuffed jalepenos) but we cannot eat six of them. I love fried oysters-he doesn't, but I can't eat a full order. They have always sold us half orders so we can enjoy all of our favorite things. This is why we keep going back at least twice a month.
