Primo’s is a boutique 12 table Italian/American restaurant in the lobby of The Doubletree Grand hotel on Biscayne Bay. Centrally located a few blocks from Brickell, Bayside and the American Airlines Arena. Primo’s is already a favorite among residents of The Grand and Heat fans looking for a quality meal before or after a game. Top notch sandwiches, salads, entrees, specials and a “create your own” pasta option keep the dining fresh and tasty. Considering its very reasonable pricing and ultra-exclusive location, the portion sizes at Primo’s are a pleasant surprise. Even light appetizers like the Bruschetta could be a meal on its own. Amazing food and great energy! Create your own pasta option is awesome. Something for everyone. Also has a great wine list.
