I have never been to a drive thru where I have to wait at least 15 minutes before I ever hear, "Can I help you?" And the problem is not that there are a line of cars, but, TERRIBLY SLOW AND TERRIBLE SERVICE. They really need to get their act together. Popeye's is a good chain, but, I will never EVER frequent the one in Prairieville, until management can step up and turn things around.

We love going to the Half Shell on Tuesday nights to relax, unwind, meet old and new friends, enjoy the best seafood and listen to the band. It's a wonderful hometown feel.
Really great food! Service is about average at times and over the top at other times. Service lacks at the bar but food is great!

i got to tell ya CAINS IS ONE OF THE BEST CHICKIN TENDERS I HAVE EVER EAT BEFORE IN MY LIFE,
I HATE TO BE RUDE MY SEFE BUT EVERYTIME I GO TO THIS POPEYES THE FOOD IS NEVER COOK RIGHT
THE KIDS THAT COOK HERE WHICH I HAVE TO SAY THAY ARE KIDS THE MAN THAT OWNS THIS POPEYES IN PRAIRIEVILLE SHOULD OPEN HIS EYES AND GET IT CLEANED UP AND FAST GET, MY DAD WENT THERE AND GOT A MEAL AND HE NEVER GOT HIS COKE AND THERE SERVER SAID WHAT DO YOU MEAN COKE YOU GET NO COKE ITS SUCH A BAD RESTAURANT AND I DO LOVE POPEYES BUT NOT THIS ONE PLEASE GET YOU SEFE RIGHT AND GET BACK ON TRACK THANKS

I have had terrible, terrible service every time I have patronized the Popeye's in Prairieville. The orders and more often wrong than they are right. The staff is rude and I have actually been threatened by the cashier and other employees when I have ordered. I will never again go to this Popeye's!!
