a diner from Killen, Al
1/29/07 5:30pm few people seated, had to wait at least 10 min. to be seated, had to clean a table, So Cold,even with a jacket,and restroom was colder, the music was way too loud and not in good taste, service was awful, one girl was on her cell phone, while waiting on a refill for tea, she also waited on two other customers and walked the room, then remembered the tea, but ignored the other glass was emptied, went on her way. we did'nt get out until 6:45pm. Was worst experience I've ever had.It's really hard to enjoy eating with your coat on, and the music so loud you can't hear the person next to you,if they had been busy I could understand the slow service, the act as if they had rather been somewhere else and I felt the same. I've never written to a business before but felt the owner should check it out himself. As for myself I won't bother your employees again with my business. Thank You for listening.
