It's been awhile since I have been here. The place is GREAT! Don't know why I stayed away so long. Food was great and if they have the homemade chips, get them! They are a must! Will be back. GREAT food GREAT price GREAT people!

We ate at Old Philadelphia Style on Sunday, 3/8/09 and did not have a good experience. We actually waited approximately 45 minutes for our food. My grandson, who is 17 months old, was with us and his food took about as long which is not very accomodating for a child that young.

We ate at Old Philadelphia Style on Sunday, 3/8/09 and did not have a good experience. We actually waited approximately 45 minutes for our food. My grandson, who is 17 months old, was with us and his food took about as long which is not very accomodating for a child that young.

There are several reasons to stop here on your way around the Rosedale area.
The food is served hot by friendly staff. If you have a problem, let the waitress or waiter know and they'll make it right.
If you like appetizers/bar foods, there are several that are excellent and at least one (the crab pretzel) that are native to the OPI.
The bar area itself is walled off, allowing the adults to have their space away from the kids. Likewise, the non-smoking dining area is kept at a distance from the smoking dining area.
There's Keno, sports TV, news running constantly on many screens throughout the OPI.
In other words, you won't get bored, you won't spend a lot, and you can relax.
That's exactly what I need after a hard day's work.

The Cheese steak subs are really good!
The steaks are not that good!
The french fries are really good!
The grilled chicken salad is really good!
My husband and I like the atmosphere alot. It is quiet and comfortable.
