Restaurant Description

Executive chef Tayson Ophaso, trained in France, honed his skills at Le Cirque and Le Cote Basque before opening Nong, his childhood nickname. (Means Little Brother/Sister in Thai). He uses Nong to offer his favorite items from various cuisines of Southeast asia including Thailand (his home country), Vietnam, Malaysia, Japan, China & Korea. The menu items on paper seem to be nothing different from what you would see on other asian food restaurants however, one taste of his delicious dishes will prove otherwise. His shining moments are his Chef's specials where he melds his classical training with the cuisines to conjure fusion dishes at times seem to border on global, mixing tastes and textures from all over the world.
