Walking into Nicklow's on the banks of Laddle Lake, feels like stepping back into a bygone era. The décor has been there since that era (or longer). The place has a dedicated following among locals especially to enjoy the deck in the summer. The Nicklow's menu offers all the options a fine dining establishment should have, shrimp, prime rib, ribs and scallops-but with a Greek influence. The food of Greece throughout its history and continuing today is for the Greeks a philosophy, they know that what makes a perfect feast is not just the food but also the good company.
