I wish I could give zero stars for all of the above categories. "1" was the lowest and they don't even deserve that! I wish I could get back the night that I wasted there. The whole place smells like a sewer and I should've walked out right when I realized that. The beer selection sucks, the food sucks, the service sucks, and even the little bouncers outside with "short man syndrome" sucked! DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE. You're better off ordering in a pizza and watching the games at home! There are two words that best describe this place: "TEE JAY"

I wouldn't give this place even ONE star if I could help it.We are a group of friends that have met at this place once a month for the last 3 years!Always the same day,and the same time. Since the remodel it has been one thing after another. We always use the back room. The guy who runs our group calls ahead just to remind them. He tried calling a week in advance, a couple days in advance.then the night before.Asks for the manager, is told the manager is in a meeting or otherwise occupied. And even if he DOES get the manager it seems to make no difference. We get there on time, the room is not ready, they tell us they weren't expecting us,there aren't enough servers, the list goes on.And,just so you know, we can be a very big group at times.Anywhere from, no less then 15 people,up to 45.Last night was the last straw.Once again we showed up and the room was not ready. The incredible STENCH coming from the bathrooms was worse then normal. So much so that they had a black curtain covering the area between the bathrooms and the main part of the restaurant but the stench FILLED the back room to the point that it made you sick to smell it.(No apologies for this problem of course)Once again they weren't expecting us.Once again they didn't have enough servers. We sat there for 15 minutes while a server came back to use the computer but ignored us.Another one came back to turn on all the TV's but also ignored us.One of our members called them on the phone and asked if they deliver, when the girl who answered the phone said yes,he asked if they would deliver to the back room because we had been sitting there for 20 minutes with NO service whatsoever. She put him on hold and then hung up on him. When the manager finally came back to talk to us after 30 minutes of sitting there with no service once again he had excuses about servers calling in sick and what not and promises that the next time they will treat us better but it was obvious to all there that they wanted us to leave.I do not expect that if we DO go back next month that the service or treatment will be ANY different then it has been,no will the excuse be any different.
The question is,if they had a large group of people just walk in the front door and want to be served would they treat them the same way? What would the owner think if he was to know that they basically turned away a group of 16 paying customers, were rude to the point of being nasty, and didn't seem care about 'good customer service'? Granted we are well aware that a large group of people is difficult to deal with at any given point but we try to be accommodating to that fact. We drink well and we tip well.
This place is going down the gutter."
