We have been looking for a great place to relax and enjoy good Asian food and our family doctor told us about this little bistro in Lowell called Mynt Fusion. He told us that the bistro would make everything from scratch. If you don’t like a certain vegetable or have certain allergies, just tell the server. So one day my wife and I decided to try it. I ordered a gluten free Chicken Pad Thai and it was awesome. My wife had the Fusion Fish. At first she was scared that it would be too spicy because of the wasabi glaze, but the server assured us that the fish would not be too spicy or she would ask the manager to give my wife the fish for free. My wife was so amazed by the fish and the savory wasabi glaze… she asked for the recipe. The only disappointment that night was that they would not give us the recipes. We will be back.
