Today we, a party of four, visited Montana's while visiting in Red Deer. When we were ordering the waitress actually had us point out our dinner selections ON THE MENU. After about 20 mins two of us got our dinner selections, while the other two waited for approx five mins more before the waitress returned with one more dinner selection and asked the forth person to clarify what he had ordered. Apparently what he had pointed to on the menu when ordering was not what was cooked. We were all finished our dinners when the forth and correct dinner appeared and we had to sit and watch our guest consume his his very very late dinner. No offer was made to give us a discount or perhaps complimentary dessert for our inconvenienced guest although the waitress did apologize. Had she offered we would have returned on our next visit....however none was offered so we would not ever visit here again, nor will our two guests that happen to be from Red Deer. Unfortunately bad experiences have a way of getting around and one small gesture would have gone along way.

find it frustrating when you order and then stuff is forgotten and you have to search down a server. Food was cold but tasted not to bad. I do prefer the selection at other breakfast resturants and so do not cater to your place too often.
I had a great time. We had hot food, quick service and an overall great expererience.
