Worst place ever!!!
We went there for my son’s birthday and they set us with different groups of people.
It took 2 hours to get some food on the table and the staff tossed the check middle of the meal. I don’t think anybody in my family want to visit there again.

I went to Miyako for a night out with my kids just a few nights ago and the experience was great! The food was excellent, and the staff was very friendly. They took orders promptly, and the show by the chef was unlike most hibachi steakhouses. My wife and children already want to go back, so thumbs up for Miyako!

I have never had such horrific service and I dine out regularly. They sat us at a hibachi table - 10 people. They took our order and then let us wait 1 hour before bringing a chef to cook our food. When we asked for help, correction, any kind of answers, we were put off, ignored. When the chef finally arrived and we told him that we were unhappy - though we were polite - he said "whatever". When we asked to see a manager, he refused to come to our table. When we asked finally for some compensation for having to wait and being treated so poorly throughout the evening, they told us there was no authority to do so and the manager refused to speak with us about it. All 10 people told those who would listen that we would never come back - the response was "ok". This was a horrible dining experience. I would never return.

Miyakos is the best japanese food place is the best i ever had. I eat at miyakos about twice a week. This food is to die for!!!

Nothing compares to Miyako!!! the staff (besides the hostess) were great and very fun! My family will definatly go back many times! Our 8 year old son loved it the chef was great with him. If your considering going...do it!!! it's the best!!!

Miyako's is fun and romantic. My husband and I love to go for special occasions. My 8 year old loves the food and the chefs are always entertaining. My 4 year old doesn't care for the fire but enjoys the food. I highly recommend this restaurant!!
