Come to Mix Fusion, Eden Prairie's newest and premier Asian Bistro, where the cuisine can only be described as French with an influence of Asian!
Mix Fusion is independently owned and provides a warm, inviting atmosphere for all. We have a beautiful indoor atrium that has a beautiful scenic view of the lake and can enjoy your meal in elegance. We add a very creative flavor to new and old dishes like Ratatouille Curry and Filet Mignon. We have dishes that range from Seafood and Meat and Fowl to Noodle and Vegetarian and will satisfy any palate. We opened recently and are the new hotspot for either lunch or dinner.
